President & CEO
David Clunes, Sr., brings over 20 years of experience that has a unique blend of business, technology, information management and utilization skills that has proven to be invaluable to his clients. David is a veteran of successful new business ventures in a diverse set of industries including healthcare, technology, construction, retail and real estate. This multi-industry and business background has provided a strong foundation for the Encima Group’s growth resulting in Encima being included on the Inc 5000 list of America’s fastest growing privately held companies for 3 years running.
Chief Operating Officer
Shouvanik has over 20 years of executive management experience in financial services, mobile payment services, credit cards, consumer loans and global business development. Shouvanik was Chief Executive Officer of Digitech Communications which services mobile payment and mobile remittances. Previously, he was the President of ARMI (Aegis receivable management) and SVP in the parent company, Aegis (An ESSAR Group Company). He had global responsibility for managing a strategic financial services business unit which included services like Portfolio management, shared services, loan servicing, analytics and risk management services. Shouvanik also built and managed the global portfolio management services division for CompuCredit (NSDQ;CCRT), a leading credit card issuer in the US. Under his leadership the division grew to a billion dollars of managed receivables by deploying the risk and marketing analytics platform, thus, diversifying Compucredit’s lines of business and contributing significantly to the managed earnings of the company.
Chief Information Officer
Phil is an Analytics and Business Intelligence technology expert with nearly 15 years of experience spanning Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Retail industries. Phil has led data warehousing and business intelligence consulting engagements for clients such as Cephalon (now Teva), Nycomed, Toys R’ Us, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Harte-Hanks, and L’Oreal. His work includes full business intelligence platform build-outs, dashboards, and syndicated reporting in support of marketing campaigns, panel data, claims systems, corporate financials, and healthcare outcomes research.
EVP, Marketing Solutions
Jay is a strategic marketing leader in Retail and Healthcare with deep expertise in Marketing Technology and Multi-Channel Marketing. His areas of expertise include marketing automation, attribution strategies, customer experience, acquisition and retention, loyalty, digital and offline operations, segmentation, relationship marketing, communication, analytics, and database operations. With over 18 years experience, Jay has partnered with industry leaders and developed CRM and Multi-Channel Capabilities, Co-Pay and Loyalty Programs, built Acquisition and Retention Strategies, launched hundreds of successful campaigns, and advanced the mission of measuring success.
Chief Analytics Officer
Mike has 13+ years of experience in analytical strategy, database marketing, and market research and is currently leading multi-channel marketing strategy and analytics engagements across multiple clients. He brings the ability to dive deep into existing and new marketing efforts to provide insights regarding program performance and optimization. He focuses on finding the ‘so-what / what’s next factor’ as it relates to specific business needs within all analyses and reports.
EVP, Digital Solutions
Domenico has been in digital marketing leadership roles for 20 years across media, agency and client sides of the business. Prior to joining Encima, he led digital analytics for Sears Holdings overseeing analysis, advanced targeting and reporting on hundreds of digital media campaigns. While at Havas Media Group, he led the Dish Network Analytics team, launching and optimizing their significant and complex digital spend. Domenico is also founder of the Viewthrough Measurement Consortium and a Strategic Advisor to Signal.
